Susan’s area of focus is health law disputes. She also provides support for issues around:
- Patient care;
- Health regulations;
- Cybersecurity, privacy and data protection; and
- Personal health information and privacy.
Susan also has experience dealing with the College of Physician and Surgeon’s tribunals:
- Health Professional Appeal and Review Board
- Quality Assurance Committee.
Prior to joining BLG, Susan worked for more than two decades at a Toronto-based boutique firm, where she supported all aspects of litigation files, including in eDiscovery.
