Alex is developing a broad litigation practice encompassing civil, commercial, public, and administrative matters. She works with clients in both private and public sectors.
Alex attended law school at McGill, where she earned Dean's List standing and was awarded the James A. Woods Scholarship in Civil Litigation. She also competed in the Gale Cup moot, served as managing/executive editor of McGill's Journal of International Law, and worked as a tutorial leader for advocacy and legal ethics courses.
Alex summered and articled with BLG before returning as an associate. During her articles, Alex was seconded to the Legal, Risk, and Privacy department at the Hospital for Sick Children (SickKids). Prior to joining BLG, Alex gained advocacy experience working at a criminal defence practice.
