Dayeon represents clients before various judicial bodies in Québec and before domestic and international arbitrational tribunals.
Dayeon's practice is particularly focused on complex domestic and cross-border disputes in the fields of construction, infrastructure, aviation, telecommunication and enforcement of arbitration awards in Canada. She also regularly advises clients on large infrastructure projects on issues such as contractor claims, construction defects, project delays, and bidding processes and accompanies them before various dispute resolution boards.
Prior joining BLG, Dayeon worked as a trainee in the international arbitration group of an international law firm in Dubai, UAE. She has also clerked at the Superior Court of Québec for the Honorable Pierre Nollet, j.c.s.
Dayeon is admitted to practice in Québec and New York. She speaks fluently French, English and Korean.
