Emily has a broad corporate and securities practice, with a focus on corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions.
She advises public and privately held corporations on a wide variety of transactional and strategic matters including mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations, commercial arrangements and corporate governance. She also advises clients on routine matters such as continuous disclosure and regulatory compliance in general.
Emily was a summer and articling student at BLG before returning as an associate.
