Élisabeth focuses mainly on regulatory commercial matters, technology law and data protection. She provides advice on consumer, advertising and marketing law, including online sales and e-commerce.
Prior to joining BLG, Élisabeth worked in private practice, helping clients on a variety of issues in relation to intellectual property, privacy, technology and domain name management.
As part of her academic career, she worked as a research assistant in intellectual property financing and as coordinator of a university research project on technological evidence.
