Jennifer practices in the Securities and Capital Markets group, with a focus on mergers & acquisitions and corporate finance.
She advises clients on a variety of public and private transactions including private placements, initial public offerings, reverse take-over transactions, and acquisitions and dispositions of shares and business assets. She has experience advising clients on both equity and debt offerings. She also advises clients on general corporate and securities law matters, such as corporate governance and compliance with securities laws and stock exchange rules, including continuous disclosure obligations.
Jennifer summered and articled at BLG before returning as an associate. She has a background in finance.
