Meagan is experienced in estate and incapacity litigation, including guardianship applications, applications seeking removal of trustees, applications to pass accounts and will challenges. Meagan has acted as counsel for both trustees and beneficiaries.
Prior to joining BLG, Meagan practiced with a mid-sized firm in estate litigation and corporate and commercial litigation.
