Prior to joining BLG, Jordan practiced at one of Montréal's largest regional law firms, after also articling at a national law firm in Montréal.

Experience

  • Acted for a U.S.-based private equity firm in its acquisition of a controlling interest in a Montréal-based manufacturer of safety products.
  • Advised industrial heater manufacturer Wattco Inc. and its shareholders on its sale to an affiliate of U.K. engineering company Smiths Group plc.
  • Advised with the sale of a majority interest of Cellcom Communications, Bell Mobility's largest authorized dealer network responsible for distributing and selling products throughout Canada.
  • Acted for Labelcraft in a cross-border acquisition by a portfolio company of a publicly traded private equity fund.
  • Acted for National Bank SME Growth Fund L.P. in its acquisition of CVTech-IBC Inc.
