Jordan practices in the areas of corporate and commercial law, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and commercial contracts.
Prior to joining BLG, Jordan practiced at one of Montréal's largest regional law firms, after also articling at a national law firm in Montréal.
