Megan has a broad practice in complex commercial litigation, with a focus on white collar defence, fraud, criminal and regulatory investigations and prosecutions, and tax and securities disputes.
Megan frequently represents clients before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, and has appeared before the Federal Court, the Court of Appeal for Ontario, and the Ontario Court of Justice. Before joining BLG, Megan articled and practiced at a leading full-service firm in Toronto.
