David advises companies at various stages of development on corporate, commercial and securities matters with a focus on corporate finance transactions and mergers and acquisitions.
Prior to attending law school, David spent a number of years working in various capacities including sales and marketing, estimating, logistics, purchasing, health and safety, quality assurance and operations management for a large owner-managed structural steel fabrication firm in Sudbury, Ontario.
David is a member of BLG’s Partnership Board, the firm's governing body.
