Venky maintains a board practice in commercial litigation with a focus on construction, engineering, environmental, municipality and infrastructure law.
Venky assists clients in front-end construction contract drafting solicitor work and advocacy-based dispute resolution litigation. She regularly advises public and private sector clients on a broad range of issues, including:
- surety law
- breach of contract
- design and engineering issues
- construction deficiencies and delays
- construction waste
Venky summered and articled at BLG before she joined as an associate. Before law school, she gained experience in chemistry and material engineering.
