Michelle Dion focuses her practice on the law of persons and the drafting of wills, testamentary trusts and protective mandates in connection with her clients' personal and estate planning. She participates in the drafting of deeds establishing inter vivos trusts, working in conjunction with our tax law team, and she also advises and assists liquidators in the liquidation of successions.

In non-contentious proceedings, Michelle handles matters such as:

  • probate of wills 
  • applications for letters of verification
  • appointment of dative tutors 
  • constitution of tutorship councils to minor children

In protective supervision matters, she processes applications for the homologation of protective mandates and the institution of protective supervision.
