Alex’s practice focuses on investment management, including the formation, management and operation of public and private investment funds and the offering of their securities in public offerings and private placement transactions.
He also advises on a wide range of registration, regulatory and compliance matters affecting registered firms and individuals, including developing, reviewing, and assessing compliance procedures and practices.
Prior to BLG, Alex gained funds and investment management experience at a leading international law firm in Hong Kong.
