Kate is a corporate law clerk who has worked in the field since 2012.
She has experience in many areas of corporate law, including preparing documents required for the incorporation, amendment, amalgamation, and dissolution of both Ontario and federal corporations, annual maintenance of corporations and limited partnerships, business name and extra-provincial registrations and conducting complex minute book reviews.
Kate regularly assists with the drafting of supporting documents for private M&A transactions and supports associates and partners with the oversight of the due diligence process.
