Cristina's practice focuses on financing and insolvency transactions. She represents lenders and borrowers in both financing and corporate restructurings, and bankruptcy transactions. This includes:
- project financing;
- syndicated loans;
- asset-based lending;
- acquisition financing; and
- insolvency and restructuring proceedings.
Cristina has extensive experience attending to all aspects of a financing transaction.
At BLG, Cristina is a mentor to new associates and paralegals. She has also lead a number of seminars throughout her career.
