2024 will continue to be a year in M&A that is heavily impacted by geo-political factors that have the full attention of major global players, and an election cycle in the United States. Despite challenging times, the Canadian M&A market has preserved over the past four years, and we expect it will continue to produce opportunities to investment and transactions in 2024.
