We are proud to support a multi-year partnership with the BLG Business Venture Clinic at the University of Calgary. The BLG Business Venture Clinic is a student-run, pro bono legal clinic at the Faculty of Law that provides free legal information to Calgary’s entrepreneurs.
Through the clinic, law students are paired with local entrepreneurs in need of legal service or advice. To complete the work, students collaborate with our lawyers, who provide guidance and feedback to ensure the work provided is complete and accurate.
The goal of the BLG Business Venture Clinic is to enhance the student’s education experience by providing valuable mentorship from BLG lawyers, while allowing them to connect with clients and apply their burgeoning legal knowledge in real-life situations.
