Ontario (March 10, 2025) – Borden Ladner Gervais LLP (BLG) welcomes Noelle Engle-Hardy to the firm as partner in our Intellectual Property Group.
Noelle is a seasoned intellectual property litigator, registered trademark agent, and trusted legal advisor. She advises clients on IP disputes, trademark clearance, copyright, industrial design, and trade secret protection.
Noelle handles all stages of IP litigation, including motions, trials, and appeals at the Federal Court, Federal Court of Canada, and Provincial Courts. She routinely appears before the Trademarks Opposition Board and has acted in proceedings before the Copyright Board of Canada.
As a trademark agent, she manages large portfolios for global brands, offering end-to-end intellectual property advice, from clearance to enforcement, including of industrial design and copyright.
In addition, Noelle advises on intellectual property transactions, including acquisitions, sales, licensing, and compliance, with a focus on anti-counterfeiting, trade secrets, brand management, and French language law issues for brand owners in Canada.
