Joe has a broad transactional practice that focuses on public and private corporate finance transactions and domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions. He also advises Canadian and international companies on a wide range of corporate governance and securities law compliance matters. Joe also routinely acts for internationally-based private equity firms in connection with the formation, marketing and sale of funds in Canada.
Joe has extensive experience in capital market financings, working with both issuers (public and private) and dealers on prospectus offerings and private placements of all sizes and across various sectors. He is also highly experienced in public and private M&A, representing both purchasers and vendors in domestic and cross-border transactions.
