Based in Montréal, she focuses on defending class actions from certification (or authorization in Québec) through to the appellate level across a broad range of industries in the fields of consumer protection, product liability, privacy law, health law, competition law and environmental law.

Hugh Meighen is partner of the Commercial Litigation Group. As a dedicated arbitration counsel, he represents Canadian and international companies governed by major arbitration rules in a wide range of industry sectors including telecommunications, mining, construction, insurance, logistics, IT and real property. 

Michelle Maniago is partner of the Commercial Litigation Group with significant experience in highly complex and corporate litigation and arbitration across a range of industries and legal subject matters. She is known as a leader in virtual disputes and is a frequent author and speaker about commercial law topics.
