Toronto (March 2, 2022) – Borden Ladner Gervais (BLG) welcomes Christine Ferguson as Counsel in the firm’s Infrastructure, Project Finance and Corporate & Capital Markets Groups. She will be based in the Toronto office.
Christine is a notable transactional lawyer with multi-jurisdictional legal and commercial experience in infrastructure, public and private M&A, debt and equity capital raisings, strategic acquisitions, and business integration. She also regularly advises project developers on the commercial and financial aspects of public-private partnerships.

Prior to joining BLG, Christine was counsel to a national Canadian law firm, and before that served as counsel for the Canadian project finance arm of a global construction company and as counsel to the corporate finance division of an international investment bank.
