From May 8 – 10, 2019, the British Columbia Environment Industry Association is hosting the seventh annual BEST Conference at the beautiful Fairmont Chateau Whistler.
BLG's Luke Dineley and Dionysios Rossi will be presenting "Environmental Inspections, Investigations and Prosecutions" at BEST 2019. The presentation will outline when environmental inspections, investigations and prosecutions may occur, the government agencies that initiate them, the powers of these government agencies, the rights of the parties being inspected/investigated, and helpful tips on how to react and respond.
