On September 6, 2023, Tamwood International College announced its acquisition by ILAC Education Group in Canada. With campuses in Toronto, Vancouver and Whistler, Tamwood offers a wide range of award-winning programs including ESL, career college, junior camps and work and travel.
BLG represented Tamwood with a team led by Andrew Hennigar, that included Stefan Timms, Darcy Toy, Inaki Gomez, Rob Biggar and Karen Jung.
