On Monday, October 25, 2016, Yorbeau Resources Inc. signed a definitive option agreement with an affiliate of Kinross Gold Corporation, whereby Kinross has the option to acquire a 100% interest in Yorbeau's Rouyn property in Quebec, Canada.
