In David's commercial real estate practice, he serves a wide range of clients including national and local developers, publicly listed real estate companies, institutional investors, hotel owners and managers, and railway companies. He has considerable expertise in the development of mixed-use projects and associated air space parcel subdivisions. He is currently working on the largest residential development project in the history of the City of Vancouver, on the Kitsilano Squamish reserve.
