Stéphanie has more than 15 years of experience assisting with corporate and commercial law, mergers and acquisitions and securities law. Her responsibilities include:
- assisting with the incorporation and organization of businesses
- supporting the extra-provincial registration of entities in all Canadian provinces and territories (and ongoing maintenance)
- drafting documents in connection with the maintenance of minute books
- updating corporations with the Québec Enterprises Registrar and Industry Canada
