Kim practices labour, employment, and human rights law. Kim advises clients on workplace disputes, discrimination and accommodation, wrongful and constructive dismissals, breaches of contracts, and professional discipline.

Kim has experience drafting and reviewing employment contracts, employee handbooks, policies, termination letters and other employment related documentation.

Her clients include large corporations and public institutions, as well as small businesses.

Kim has appeared in the Supreme Court of British Columbia, the Saskatchewan Court of King's Bench and the Saskatchewan Court of Appeal.

Kim joined BLG as an associate after summering and articling with the firm. During law school, Kim promoted diversity and inclusion while serving as co-chair of the Student Articling Committee, Vice President, Academic of the Law Students Association, and as a member of the Law Faculty Recruitment and Advisory Selection Committees. Kim and her team represented the University of Alberta at the Wilson Moot 2018, winning first place overall.
