Frédéric handles every facet of privacy and cybersecurity law. Specifically, he helps our clients manage privacy incidents, deal with regulators, and operationalize compliance programs.
Prior to joining BLG, Frédéric served as a senior privacy counsel at a major Canadian financial institution. In this role, he was in charge of privacy incident management and contributed to the implementation of a vast privacy compliance program.
Before that, he practised commercial litigation for eight years at an international law firm, specializing in class action and consumer law. He has represented major corporations before all Québec courts, the Federal Court and in arbitration proceedings.
