Holly began working with the Toronto office's Health Law Group in 2000 as a paraprofessional, assisting many in the group with medical negligence and other health law related claims, and overseeing the group's matter intake process for new claims.
In 2022, shortly after having received her legal project management certification in 2021, Holly assumed the role of Specialist, Legal Operations - Health Law. In this role, she assists with identifying, implementing and updating the group's practices and technologies to better enable efficiency of workflow and processes for the members of the group as well as for matter intake, which she continues to manage.
