Anna is the Senior Coordinator, Paraprofessional Services working with the paralegals and law clerks nationally to support the Corporate Services Group, ensuring our clients receive exceptional service.
In her role, she coordinates career management, capacity management, performance management and talent development programs for our paraprofessionals.
Anna is responsible for implementing new technology, programs, policies and procedures to promote consistent law clerk and paralegal practices. Anna also analyzes the group’s processes to maximize efficiency and increase productivity.
With significant experience as a paralegal in the Corporate Commercial field, Anna is able to assist in a variety of dealings within the group, including simple changes in directors and shareholders, incorporations and amalgamations, complex reorganizations and commercial transactions, professional corporations, due diligence and tax driven transactions.
