Scott Jones  

Scott practises civil litigation with a focus on insurance defence, municipal and police liability, and professional negligence. Scott has experience with all types of liability claims, including claims related to motor vehicle accidents, occupiers' liability, water and sewage systems, malicious prosecution, negligent investigation, false arrest, damage claims under the Charter of Rights and Freedoms, non-repair of roadways, property damage claims, and alcohol liability.

Scott joined the Toronto office of Borden Ladner Gervais LLP after having summered and articled at the Firm.
