Stacey focuses in the areas of corporate reorganizations and general corporate matters. She assists the firm’s lawyers and clients with corporate and tax transactions, including amalgamations and asset and share purchases.
Stacey’s responsibilities form a key part of a file, in combination with the legal work, allowing for:
- the closing of transactions
- incorporation and organization of companies
- due diligence review of companies
- extra-provincial registrations of entities in all Canadian provinces and territories
Stacey’s scope of knowledge includes British Columbia and federal corporation legislations.
