Anett assists the firm's patent agents and clients with all aspects of patent prosecution. This includes:
- filing patent applications
- preparing and filing formal documents with Patent Offices
- recording transfers and changes in ownership against patent portfolios
- liaising with foreign associates and clients
She has extensive knowledge of the International Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT), the U.S. and European Patent Office and other foreign laws' regulations and procedures for filing and prosecuting patent applications.
Prior to joining BLG, Anett worked as an in-house patent/trademark paralegal and coordinator at an international engineering company in Switzerland, where she gained experience and knowledge in patent prosecutions.
Anett is fluent in Hungarian, German and English.
