Elena Eliopoulos is a Law Clerk in our Environmental, Municipal, Expropriation and Regulatory Groups. With 16 years of real estate experience, she has extensive knowledge of title searching real property in Ontario.
Elena's role involves searching title to ensure accuracy of the legal description, location and the chain-of-title of lands being expropriated. She prepares all required notices, bylaws and certificates for the expropriation process together with preparing and electronically registering title documents.
Within her role, Elena also assists the lawyers of the Group in reviewing plans and investigating title to determine ownership, interest and location of lands for proceedings.
