Gabrielle Tremblay is an associate in the Commercial Litigation Group in our Montréal office. She was called to the Québec Bar in 2018, after completing civil and common law studies at McGill University. She is presently pursuing a graduate diploma (D.E.S.S.) in combatting financial crime, at the Université de Sherbrooke. She intends to focus her practice on commercial litigation and fraud, securities-related offences and financial crime.
During her student years and as an articling student, Gabrielle was seconded to the Litigation Department of one of Canada’s largest telecommunications companies. She also distinguished herself during her studies, earning the title of best litigator in the Pierre-Basile Mignault Moot Competition. Having lived in Spain for 18 months during her studies, Gabrielle is fluent in Spanish and holds an Introduction to Spanish Law Diploma from the University of Barcelona.
She speaks and writes French, English and Spanish fluently.
