Andrew Reid Workman  

Andrew Reid Workman is an associate in the Commercial Real Estate group. He practises in most areas of commercial real property law, including acquisition and divestiture, financing, development and leasing. He also has experience in general corporate and commercial matters.

Prior to joining the Montréal office of Borden Ladner Gervais LLP in 2018, Andrew was a summer student, articling student and associate lawyer with our Ottawa office.

• Acted for a major financial institution in connection with their acquisition of real property across Canada.
• Acted for multiple seniors housing providers in connection with their acquisition and/or divestiture of long-term care facilities.
• Acted for a major financial institution in connection with their sale of a portfolio of mortgage loans located in several provinces.
• Acted for a municipal client in connection with several of their redevelopment projects which partnered with the private sector.
• Acted for multiple municipal clients in connection with their infrastructure projects.
