Piper Morley is a partner in the Toronto office of Borden Ladner Gervais LLP and a member of the Environmental, Municipal, Expropriation and Regulatory group.

Piper practises in the areas of municipal and land use planning law, and expropriations. Piper provides advice to both public and private sector clients. She appears frequently at the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal on both planning and expropriation cases. Piper also has experience in municipal matters before the Ontario Superior Court and Ontario Court of Appeal.
