Carmen assists the firm’s lawyers and clients in efficiently resolving a wide variety of litigation matters. Her responsibilities include assessing claims, drafting pleadings, chambers applications and settlement proposals, and compiling, assessing and presenting evidence in both general and specialized litigation.
