David Major  


Executive Summary

David Major is an Associate in the Construction Group in the Toronto office of Borden Ladner Gervais LLP.

He practices construction litigation and acts on behalf of owners, contractors, subcontractors, and surety bonding companies in disputes arising from large scale construction and engineering projects. These cases include significant multimillion dollar claims involving breach of contract, deficiency claims, delay claims, and liquidated damages claims.

David is actively involved in the pro bono community and provides pro bono services to self-represented litigants through Pro Bono Ontario.

Prior to joining BLG, he was a motivational speaker who presented to over 100,000 people across Canada, the United States and China.
