Pamela assists with securities regulatory matters, including:
- preparing and filing continuous disclosure documents and securities regulatory filings, including reports of exempt distribution, exemption applications, material change reports, compliance filings, insider reports and early warning reports and alternative monthly reports
- assisting registrant clients with required regulatory filings
- communicating with securities regulatory authorities and liaising with clients
Pamela also has experience as a corporate paralegal with commercial, corporate and tax transactions. She supports the firm's corporate lawyers in the preparation of documents required for the incorporation and organization of corporations, continuances, amalgamations d dissolutions. She also assists with extra-provincial registrations of entities in all Canadian provinces and territories, including their annual maintenance.
