Erin Cutts is a senior associate in our Construction Group in our Calgary office. Erin has a construction and surety practice that focuses on all aspects of the construction industry in Alberta. She acts for owners, developers/contractors and subcontractors in various matters, including the preservation and enforcement of builders’ lien rights. Erin also has experience with insurance matters related to the construction industry (including course-of-construction and wrap-up liability) as well as general liability and commercial general liability claims.
