BLG Lawyers Moderating Panels at National Society of Compliance Professionals (NSCP) Canadian Membership Meeting - April 22, 2013 Lynn M. McGrade and Jason J. Brooks, both partners in BLG’s Investment Management practice group, will be moderating panels at the NSCP Canadian membership meeting to be held in Toronto on April 22, 2013.
• Jason will be moderating a panel dealing with compliance issues
relating to social media and Lynn will be moderating the panel
with applicable Canadian regulators of portfolio managers and
investment fund managers.
• The NSCP puts on an informative and practical conference each year
which typically attracts around 100 compliance officers from adviser,

The National Society of Compliance Professionals is a non-profit, membership organization dedicated to serving and supporting compliance officials in the securities industry. Given its non-profit nature, the NSCP provides accessible and economical access to compliance officers for practical guidance.
