Jennifer is a partner in the Toronto office of BLG. She practises in areas of labour relations and employment law with special expertise in constructive dismissal law. Jennifer represents public and private sector employers and has an outstanding track record of success on complex cases in litigation. She regularly shares her expertise through speaking engagements and co-authored Quitting for Good Reason: The Law of Constructive Dismissal in Canada, which is often cited by the courts, including the Ontario Court of Appeal.

Jennifer received her award at the gala presentation on Dec. 3, 2012, in Toronto.
