A few key responsibilities for this role are:

  • Working with commercial landlords and property managers, you will be responsible for completing drafts of leases, amendments, extensions/renewals, surrenders and other lease related documentation;
  • You will manage client lease portfolios; conduct due diligence, draft and register short form leases;
  • You will liaise with clients, counsel, financial institutions, title insurance companies, land registry offices, opposite and third parties.
