The Montréal team benefits from an enviable reputation in the market and has been involved in most of the notable cases in recent years. With a view to increasing support for this team, we are seeking a lawyer possessing between 6 months and 2 years of relevant experience in bankruptcy, insolvency and restructuring or commercial litigation.

As a member of our team, you will be called upon to act for financial institutions, secured creditors, Court officers and debtor companies. You will also be asked to advise in the related fields of banking law and commercial litigation.

BLG emphasizes both service to its clients and teamwork. At a minimum, the ideal candidate will be required to have experience in litigation with a strong interest in developing a practice primarily focused on bankruptcy, insolvency and corporate restructuring.
