BLG's Environmental, Municipal, Expropriation and Regulatory Group (EMER) is home to many of Canada's most highly recognized municipal and environmental law lawyers.  Housed within Canada's largest law firm, this specialized litigation group represents many of Ontario's most significant public institutions and private corporations.

This is a rare opportunity in our Toronto office for a highly motivated and ambitious Lawyer with 2-4 years of relevant experience to join our EMER Group. The successful candidate will continue to develop their municipal practice with a strong focus on planning and expropriation law. If you are dedicated to these highly specialized areas of the law, want to be involved in challenging hearings and get on your feet, and are seeking to join a team of leading lawyers, this is the opportunity for you.  This role will challenge your current skill set and expose you to a dynamic and multi-faceted practice. The candidate must possess a superior academic record and must be a member of the Ontario Bar in good standing with the Law Society of Upper Canada.
