The BLG Corporate Commercial Group is increasingly busy. We are looking for a lawyer in business law with 5 to 10 years of transactional experience to join the M&A team, whether at the senior associate or partner level. In addition to leading domestic and cross-border transactions, the lawyer will also advise clients on their day-to-day affairs and future projects. Our team is very dynamic and is looking for lawyer that is eager to grow and ready to help manage a sizable deal pipeline.

BLG is ideal for bright and motivated lateral lawyers who value excellent customer service and teamwork. This is an ideal position for someone who can hit the ground running, has strong analytical, interpersonal, as well as solid oral and written communication skills. The ideal candidate takes initiative, is creative and has sound judgment. The bilingual candidate must be a member in good standing of the Québec Bar.
