Applicants who have strong client management and teamwork skills are sought to assume significant responsibility in an active and diverse corporate commercial and infrastructure practice. The ideal candidate will have experience advising private and public sector clients on mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, reorganizations, corporate finance, commercial contracts and corporate governance, in addition to a range of general corporate and commercial matters and experience with negotiations. The candidate will be creative, have sound judgment, and must appreciate the importance of providing excellent and responsive legal service to clients. The candidate must be a member in good standing of the Law Society of Ontario. French language ability is an asset.

This position offers the opportunity for a lawyer to develop their skills and career as part of a dynamic and successful national team.
