Executive Summary

Jesse Goldman practises in the areas of international trade, investment, customs and commodity taxation. He advises clients on all matters relating to Canadian and international trade law, including NAFTA and other free trade agreements and negotiations, customs laws, trade and border security, and regulatory issues impacting the cross border movement of goods across a wide range of sectors, including automotive, aviation, and industrial and consumer products.

Jesse serves as the Chair of the International Trade Committee of the Inter-Pacific Bar Association ("IPBA"). He is a Canadian delegate to the International Chamber of Commerce ("ICC") Commission on Customs and Trade Facilitation, and the Business Investment Advisory Committee ("BIAC") China Task Force Working Group.
