Executive Summary

​Keith has 20 years of experience helping organizations achieve meaningful and lasting operational performance improvements.

Keith works with clients to identify opportunities to improve productivity within their organizations and formulate and implement robust enhancement strategies. His experience includes:

  • Aligning strategies and objectives for consistency organization-wide;
  • Analyzing operational performance, and implementing process and technology improvements;
  • Analyzing and redesigning management tools and structures to help organizations execute their strategies.

Keith currently leads BLG’s consulting practice. Prior to joining BLG, he held senior transformation roles in legal services and financial services across North America and Asia.

Representative Work

  • Conducted a performance improvement initiative with 300 legal assistants, reducing non-value-added time in key processes by 26 per cent and returning $2 million in annualized savings
  • Reorganized the law clerk and paralegal programs of a large Canadian law firm to increase billable hours by 32 per cent
  • Led the mapping, standardization and transition of 40 business services processes for offshore outsourcing, returning $1.8 million in annualized savings for one of Canada’s largest law firms
  • Designed and implemented process and management system changes, resulting in $33 million of operational savings for the field services division of a major Canadian telecom
  • Designed and installed process improvements and a system for managing that led to a 30 per cent increase in productivity through increased rolling stock in one of North America’s largest rail networks
